now you're just somebody that i used to know...

Getting the bike/cross trainer was one of the best decisions. 1400cals burnt today. Stuck on The Lion King whilst i burnt calories. I thought maybe i’d get away without blubbering like a baby at Mufasa’s death because i’d be focused on the exercise. That plan failed. Still cried. Oh well! Off to stock up on films tonight for the week to watch whilst biking. Aiming for 7lbs loss by sunday. got to get in to this now or i’ll be this way forever!

I fell of majorly this week. I'm back to the high 130s :| Kinda hit me today. Binge purge going on a lot lately which i need to stop. I just managed to kick it and i relapse.

We can do this! I've seen your stats for the comp, and missed the sunday weigh in. But since there may be more joining, i'm going to extend this to the end of APRIL. and also start the weigh inns as of this sunday, so people can join if they'd like (:
